Rubí Cocktail

IINGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz of Bakalar Dragon Fruit Syrup.
  • ¾ oz of Frios Sour Lemon Puree Mix.
  • 1.5 oz of Gin
  • Tonic water
  • 1 cup of ice

PREPARATION

  • Fill up the glass with ice, pour the Bakalar Dragon Fruit Syrup, Frios Sour Lemon Puree Mix, Gin and top with tonic. 
  • Mix it with a bar spoon. 

Tip: decorate with rosemary and dehydrated fruit.
