IINGREDIENTS
- 1 oz of Bakalar Dragon Fruit Syrup.
- ¾ oz of Frios Sour Lemon Puree Mix.
- 1.5 oz of Gin
- Tonic water
- 1 cup of ice
PREPARATION
- Fill up the glass with ice, pour the Bakalar Dragon Fruit Syrup, Frios Sour Lemon Puree Mix, Gin and top with tonic.
- Mix it with a bar spoon.
Tip: decorate with rosemary and dehydrated fruit.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz of Bakalar Dragon Fruit Syrup.
- 10 oz of sparkling water.
- 1 cup of ice.
PREPARATION
- Fill up the glass with ice, pour the Bakalar Dragon Fruit Syrup and sparkling water.
- Mix it with a bar spoon.
Tip: decorate with a spring of mint and lemon.
Milkshake – 16 oz
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz of Bakalar Dragon Fruit Syrup.
- 20 g of Frios Smoothix.
- 5 oz of milk.
- 1 glass with ice.
PREPARATION
- Pour the Bakalar Dragon Fruit Syrup, Frios Smoothix, milk and ice in the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in a milkshake glass and decorate with whipped cream and colored sprinkles.
Old Fashion - 12 oz
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz of Frios Sour Mix Puree.
- 2 oz of Bakalar Dragon Fruit Syrup.
- 1 oz of water.
- 1 glass with ice.
PREPARATION
- Pour the Frios Sour Mix Puree, ice, Bakalar Dragon Fruit Syrup and water in the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve the mix in an old fashion glass.
Tip: decorate with dehydrated dragon fruit.
Dilution: 1+4
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1⁄4 oz of Vanilla/Caramel Bakalar Syrup .
- 7 oz of hot milk or milk foam.
- 1 1⁄2 oz of espresso
PREPARATION
- Pour in a cup the Vanilla/Caramel Bakalar Syrup and the shot of espresso and mix.
- Then, add the warm milk with circular movements until you fill the cup.
TIP: You can use any Bakalar syrup to try different combinations.
Dilution: 1+4
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz of Marzipan Bakalar Syrup
- 1 oz of Frios Choco-Oaxaca Concentrate
- 1 oz of espresso
- 7 oz of hot milk or milk foam
PREPARATION METHOD
- Pour in a cup Marzipan Bakalar Syrup, 1 oz of Frios Choco- Oaxaca Concentrate and a shot of espresso and mix. Then, add warm milk with circular movements until you fill the cup.
Dilution: 1+4
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 1⁄2 oz of Watermelon Bakalar Syrup
- 2 oz of water
- A glass of ice
PREPARATION METHOD
- Add all the ingredients to a blender, mix until the mixture is ready, serve and enjoy.
TIP: You can add Chamoyito and frost the glass with Chamoy to make a Chamoyada.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz of Frios Orange Concentrate
- 1 oz of Sour Mix Concentrate
- 1 oz of Red Currant Bakalar
- 1 1⁄2 oz of Rum
- Sparkling water
- ¾ Of a glass of ice
PREPARATION METHOD
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker, except for the sparkling water.
- Shake until the shaker feels cold.
- Serve in an old-fashioned or regular glass with ice and add sparkling water.
Dilution: 1+4
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz of Cafe de Olla Bakalar Syrup
- 9 oz of black coffee
PREPARATION METHOD
- Make a black coffee, add 1 oz of Cafe de Olla Bakalar and mix it.
